summer restorative series

Mondays | 5:30 - 7 pm      June 23 - July 28

Summer is the time when nature is resplendent and abundant - a time when we should be opening and receiving to her gifts. Yet as women, we often get caught in the busyness of a culture that identifies summer as a time to "get it all in".

I invite you to slow down, to deepen into your body, and ground in the wisdom of nature's abundance... to a pace where you can truly soak in the richness of life.

In this 6-week online Summer restorative series, we will explore the subconscious self as we reorient our relationship to themes of rest, nourishment, receiving, intuition, and more through a grounded, integrated somatic practice.

Yin Yoga is a deep, nourishing practice with an emphasis on relaxing into the poses, allowing the body to open, rather than forcing or efforting. It creates room for a spacious exploration of the inner self, where you can tap into your body's wellspring of wisdom.

In this 6-week series, you'll experience a deep connection to the body through gentle somatic practices and intuitive teachings. You'll learn to move intuitively, using the breath to guide you, building a more intimate relationship with your mental and emotional self. Together we will uncover deeply rooted patterns and learn how to navigate growth and authenticity from a grounded place of truth - no rushing, no forcing, no struggling. Just as nature intended.

Let's slow down and soak up the summer - the nourishment, the wisdom, the peace of Earth's natural pace.

No prior experience needed.

"The teachings really landed in my body - how my growth edges will naturally expand if I give them the space and time to do so, rather than forcing. I felt trust - like I could really let go. I realized that when I slow down, I can surrender to nature's divine timing, I can bear witness to where I am spilling all my energy, I can see what really matters and where my energy is actually needed. I will remember this forever."

"It felt so good just to be in my body - like I had forgotten she was even there."
